We cannot refund your money once your entries have been submitted to the sweepstakes database/agency, as this would compromise the integrity of the drawing.

2. Defective or Damaged Gear: If you receive a physical item (Hoodie/Tee) that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will happily exchange it for a new one of the exact same size and style. We do not offer cash refunds or returns for "change of mind" or sizing errors.
